Collegiate Challenge 2019!!!

Winter Haven (March 14, 2019) – A group of nine representing Berea College Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter utilized their spring break to make a difference in our community by building two homes through Habitat for Humanity of East Polk County Collegiate Challenge.

Students, with assistance from our volunteers and site leaders, worked on two new home builds in Winter Haven and Frostproof, during their stay from Sunday, March 3, 2019 to Friday, March 8, 2019.

Since the program began, more than 25 years ago, more than 250,000 students have committed to building safe, affordable homes across the United States through Collegiate Challenge.
